Yes this might be it or it also could be a kvk w/swords

Both are possible. I wouldn't touch it, but if you think about restoring it with a fictious medal, try to sew the ribbon by yourself from an original ribbon.

missing piece

hey guys, Theres a missing piece, a piece that the ribbon attaches to, then attaches to the mount, I do have the ribbon and the medal that gos with it, a KVK w/swords

So only the plate is missing... You could use a piece of paperboard. Cut two holes in it, sew the ribbon around the board and sew it or tie it through the holes on the bar. Good idea?
