    Mint Ribbon Bar

This is only ribbon bar I have. The person who sold it to me convinced that this is a real piece but something is telling me this is not, though I am not an expert in this field.
Could you please, guys tell me what does it looks like to you?
    Thank you in advance.

You cannot see it on these pictures but the rear side of the bar is very shiny and looks like it was made yesterday.

    Not to worry

Unless you run a blacklight over it and get bright electric blue from the white of new ribbons in a made up parts piece...

    everything looks just great.

The mounter even went to the bother of selecting lighter shade bronze swords for the KVK2X than for the dark Hindenburg CrossX.

A prime condition 1942 piece, in excellent condition.

The shiny surface on the metal parts was SUPPOSED to protect it-- all too often they're horribly rusty.

Your original wearer was an Old Dude from WW1, so chances are he was in a relatively safe and comfortable rear area position and NOT out in the trenches every single day for years.

      I agree with Rick.
      No problems with that bar.
MIGHT be put together, but I dont think so.

      Best regards
