Can you show scans of the back please?

Upper bar: EK2 1914, KVK2X 1939, one of the two Mecklenburg WW1 war crosses (same "combatant" ribbon for M.-Schwerin and M.-Strelitz), WW1 Hindenburg Cross X, now we have some difficulty-- a Wehrmacht 4, with a Third Reich civil service 25 Years Service Cross, pale blue ribbon is probably related to the Prussian Crown Order, last place Hungarian WW1 Commemorative Medal for Combatants.

The lower upside down bar adds the 1941/42 East Medal.

    Problem?--

It is entirely possible that an old Imperial IX Years Service Medal for a junior NCO could be worn--properly--by someone recalled to Wehrmacht service in WW2. But in order for THAT to be correct, the Crown Order ribbon would have to be for the Crown Order MEDAL, and not a grade of the Order-- that is a peacetime ribbon, pre-1914.

IF the former NCO had an Imperial XII Years Service Medal etc... he'd have TWO "Wehrmacht" awards with his Civil Service Cross third.

It is remotely possible that a PRE-WW1 junior NCO only had IX Years service, was prematurely discharfed, but had a Prussian Crown Order Medal. Not likely, though.

More probable is that either one or both of the long service ribbons has had an INCORRECT device put on it.

Is there a HOLE in the plain blue ribbon on the upside down bar? Because this pair of ribbon bars would make MUCH more sense WITHOUT that Wehrmacht "4." OR with two silver Wehrmacht eagles for "18" and "4" for a recalled (E) officer, so the Civil Service 25 device is wrong. ?

Without any clear prussian Long Service Awards, could the pale blue be a Württemberg Friedrichsorden w/o swords?

That would be FAR more unlikely for a Mecklenburger from either state.

It depends always what awards are on the bar and how much somebody wnats to pay for it.
              I would say between 25 and 50 €

              Best regards
