    What is this medal?

    And what is it worth if its not fake? I don't like to see these pieces with the suspension loop still open, a bad sign... Thanks in advance, Ausgang

    Seens to be a good Civil Air defense Honor Decoration 2nd Class 1938(Luftschutz medal). I 've seen this kind of open ring in anothers models of this medal before.
