What you have here is a trinket pin for the Brenner Pass in the Tyrol. P.Brennero is Passo del Brennero and m.1372 is its altitude 1372 meters (the lowest pass in the Alps). I don't know what the flower is (something maybe indigenous to the region, a Gentiana Acaulis perhaps??) Hard to tell when it was produced, more than likely based on the style I'd say anytime post WW1 (when control was ceded by Austria) to the 60's (maybe even into the 70's). As far as value, I'd say more interesting to a travel trinket collector, maybe 25 Euro - 40 Euro?????

The flower is Enzian (Gentiana Clusii), a well-known and famous flower of the Alps (the second to edelweiss) and a common motif in climbing/hikking simbolism in the Alps. As Bob said, it's a civilian souveneer pin, pins like that are widely sold in mountain refuges (huts, lodges). I doubt it would get a high price, except if it's an old or scarce piece. Newer pins like that sell for a couple of euros, or even cents.
