        Well I have not seen a pin and catch like this before, but I only have early numbered pieces so this may be late war. I do not like the quality though.

          Very original 3rd type SA Sport Badge. Repair the pin by soldering it back in place. If you are not good at doing this, wait to find someone who is. Do not take it to any old jeweler, though, unless he/she is a collector of German badges and understands how it should look when repaired.
