Rick thank you so much for pictures and help.
Because seller won't provide better, less exposed pictures or scans I decided to pass. Sure, I could buy it and get better pictures by myself, but in case if its repro I don't want to deal with disappearing seller and get stuck with fake medal.
If he somehow (we live in XXI century!) get better shots i will post them here and ask you all for opinion again
