RAD Ribbon bar

Hello:

I have heard you gentlemen speak of the 'other' patterned RAD eagle, but I never personally had it on a ribbon bar, BUT I just won this one....what do the experts make of it?

Nope, that's an army/navy one. Not to say that the 'wrong" eagle might not have been mistakenly used, but the RAD one looks more like a Polizei one with no wreath.
