Hello is it possible to get some info about this westwallmedaille?

There's an eagle with a swastika on top, in the middle a sword and on the bottom a bunker. On the other side it says: FUR ARBEIT ZUM SCHUTZE DEUTSCHLANDS.


I think I haven's seen this before. The price would be around 100 euro. Would this be a fair price or not?

I would pass on this one due to condition. Find a
nice example with packet!! 100 Euros is too high for this piece.

Hello Pascal...welcome to WAF...I would agree that 100 is very high. 20 - 25 is a good average. These are common, at least in North America, and an early type with good bronze wash and packet are still easily obtained. You mentioned that you have not seen one before. Have a look in the reference section here at WA and you will learn more about them. Here is the link.

I am sure the European dealers all have them as well.

You will find one cheaper in time on our own estand but if you want one now you could try one of the above two dealers. I know them both and they are trustworthy. Hope this helps.
