Hi Everybody,
I bought a job lot of items today and amongst them was this empty LDO case. Apparently, it had previously been used to house a timepiece!
Question is (at least for me) what is it for? I can't work it out. The case measures approx.: 65mm x 65mm x 20mm
The inside features a circular cut-out portion (presumably for a pin due to the pin-like protrusion at the top of the circle) which has a diameter of approx. 29mm. The inside of the lid features the LDO mark. The case has a circular push-button catch. The case-hinge is centrally positioned and measures approx. 30mm.
If anyone can tell me what this is I'd love to know. Incidentally, the seller described it as being for a screwback award.
Thanks for looking.
All the best,
Toby.
