While checking out ebay, I came across this medal. I have never seen or heard of this one. Any opinions?

I agree. It seems crudely made to me. Also, kinda strange not having an eagle or swastika. Probably a fantasy piece?

I have seen railway workers badges with the wings either side of the wheel, but not like a medal in this form.
