In addition to the medal bars in wear-thread, what about FOREIGNERS wearing 3rd Reich awards?

this brings up another questions to me- can there ever be maybe TOO MANY medals to wear??
nice photo anyway- seems logical that german allied ambassadors get some german medals.. this was the case vice versa, wasn it- but how about soldiers?
