I have this medal.
Says Freie Stadt Danzig - Für Rettung aus Lebensgefahr.

What is it? Worth anything? Tell me what you know.

Hmmm. I dont know about the medal itself, but the ribbon is definetly wrong.
As far as I remember it should be red with small white and yellow stripes on every side.

Well the ribbon may not be right. Looks quite new and is probably just put there by someone who found a matching.

The medal seems to have honest wear. At the front a small combination of 2, possible 3 letters is visuable. Last letter is B, rest I cant figure.
