SS long service medal ribbons

Hello,

I have been told that each of the SS long service medals, (4,8,12, etc) have different width ribbons. True? False? If so what are they? Does anyone know?

I am trying to locate one for my 4 year and don't want to get the wrong size.

The 4 & 8 year awards both came with a 35mm cornflower blue, moire silk ribbon whilst the 12 & 25 year awards came with a 49mm ribbon of similar colour with embroidered Sigrunen in silver & gold bullion respectively.
