ribbon ID

Does this ribbon look like the Italo-German ribbon ? - or is it something else.
The shot is of a soldier in first pattern tropical uniform posing in front of palm trees.
Not necessarily Afrika, but certainly a tropical environment.

could very well be but the pic hard to tell. if in lower resalution is there a faint line on left hand side ( which would be the light green )
