    Breast shield ??? What is this ??

    Hi,

    today another collector saw this badge/shield in a photoalbum of me. I've not seen it. Can somebody tell me what it is ? Or show me a picture of this badge ??

      Here a very poor scan of a badge. It looks like a shield with a helmet and the number 190, but I'm not sure.

        Possibly some sort of post war police badge? No eagles visible, and an English army officer in attendance.
