Help on this mutterkreuz in gold with case (Zimmermann)!!

Hello dear collectors and german militaria specialists! I have purchased this mutterkreuz in gold with its original case of the maker Zimmermann. I'd like you to see the pics I've posted in the link below and tell me what's your opinion on them (I mean, the case and the cross) and if they're original or not. It would be very important for me in order to know If I have been right buying them.

Hi Andy, I bought a cased example from Detlev about 2 years ago now. I think I paid about £36? I was shocked to see how the price of these had doubled since then when I last saw one on his list.

yes they have increased over the years.. i paid just shy of $150 last month for the case, cross and the award document. these are one thing i have no problem with, i think they are one best looking awards..
