Hi Rik the medal looks like a nice original, as for the Bar is that a mm in the left hand, 2nd bush along as viewing? It looks like HC. Or is that just the pics or me seeeing things . There does seem to be alot of windows, closer pics of the bar might help. All the best

Hi Rik im a little worse for wear monday is my only night out for beers . As for the windows I myself am not to keen on these as they are to highly detailed and have just begun to appear more often lately. Would wait for other opinions but if i was honest i ould say not one for me, but that is just my opinion. All the best

Hi Rik try doing a search using Prague Bar. Greg Anderson is knowledgeable with these if he is around. All the best

                  Hi Rik, Hi mrg,

I believe the example you show is similar to the one discussed in the thread linked below. My very humble opinion is that they are not good.......

                  http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=136229

Here is another link where the Spange ,,Prager Burg" was kicked around some while back, which contains thoughts on them generally.

"Greg Anderson is knowledgeable with these if he is around".

Thanks for that mrg, but, I think it only means I have squandered too much time looking at little rectangles of metal! Just when I got my eyes fixed from looking at them!

I of course agree with you.... In all the years where I looked at and held every bar I came across (I didn't count, but it had to be several dozens) not once did I run across an example with this level of detail (I would have broken my fingers getting the cash out of my pocket if I did...). They now seem to be popping up regularly as woodies at a high school dance.

Of course I could most certainly be dead wrong, and maybe one just did not share the same time and space with me. This is certainly possible.
I subscribe to the belief that the more you know, the more you realize you don't know.

                  Nonetheless, my opinion is.

                  Regards,
                  G.
