Interesting unidentified rumanian ribbon bar

Hello:

I can make the first and the third ribbon on this bar. What is the second award?

Interestingly enough the riibbons are glued on to an aluminum strip from a Bayer Asprin tube.

is it possible that the edges from the middle ribbon are covered from the outer ones?

I will check once I get home. Does the ribbon look at all familiar?

The only idea I would have is the Bucowina and Besarabia medal 1941, but the blue should be darker and the middle stripes are yellow-red-yellow if I remember exactly.
