    Here is a Parteigenosse who was actually at the front.

    Not the Golden Party Badge and the party awards on the ribbon bar.

    Nice! That's one for the Ribbon Bar Article update!

    Of note is what appears to be loops for Offizieranwärter AND the sort used on the Russian Front to mark troop units (battalions?)

          Yes-- at the base of his straps he has the double loops in NCO shoulder strap braid of an Offizier-Anwärter, but then the EXTRA loop above that in cloth. I'm not sure what those are, or how commonly used, but something to do with distinguishing units at the front.
