what medal bar is this?

I have attached a picture of my uncle in his German uniform. I am trying to figure of what medal his medal bar represents, it hard to tell becuase its very low in the picture and out of focus. Thanks

My uncle was in the Hitler Youth and was placed in a motorcycle unit ( He loved Motorcycles). He was killed during the Normandy invasion.

Interesting as he must have won his KVK in the HJ. Had he won a KVK in the Wehrmacht it would have been "with swords" on the ribbon bar.
Also, interesting metal cap badge. What unti was he in?

I am not sure what unit. He could been in any of the units that defended the beach, whatever one had motorcycles. He was killed on his motorcycle while moving in to attack by a allied Grenade. His grave is still there in one of the Normany German cemeteries. His name was Gunther Teske. He was born in Gross-Kuedde, Pomerania (Now Poland).
