    Ost medals

    He guys I've got two ostmedals. One is certainly original but when I look at the second one I have my doubts because it looks very new.
    The one on the left is unmarked, the right one has mm 65 .
    Can you give me your opinions on the one on the right.

    My opinion is that it is a nice early example. Look at the reverse (laurel?) leaves at the sword hilt. You will see only one berry as opposed to two as on the later production. The reason for the condition is that the "65" is not made of zinc.
