CCC in Gold

I have one that I believe to be real,just in really poor condition.The zinc hasn't held up very well and the backing plate is missing.

The bronze coloring actually held up better than the zinc.

I was in your camp mate until I saw this...complements of dasreich.com

This is an unfinished die of the same maker as your gold CCC, the mold is uncut and untouched...look at the way the hinge is integrated into the mold, its about half the height of yours. I am of the opinion now that even late war you can't get a hinge that has "grown"
