The first blue ribboned cross is the Bulgarian soldiers cross for bravery, the other may be another class of the same award, I am unsure.

In the second pic, the decoration on the far right is the Romanian Order of the Crown.

The top one is the Bulgarian Military order for bravery cross 3rd or 4th class-
What is the date on the back of the cross?
Awarded to NCOs and privates. Many were given to gebirgsjagers in Yugoslavia and for operations in northern Greece.

The 2nd bar has Bulgarian and Romanian awards on it-most unusual and indicating officers rank. The Bulgarian is the Order of Military bravery-3rd class.But the center is reversed-it's supposed to have the lion facing outwards.
Again, does it have a date on it?
