Hi Richard,
Still having problems with Third Reich Forum. I have been discussing it with Marcus.
Re the Danzig Crosses: I have both in my collection. They should be visible on one of the photos of parts of my collection on the Collection forum. I bought the 2nd class first. It came without a ribbon, But I was able to obtain an original piece of ribon to go with it. The First Class came with provenance indicating that it had once belonged to Franz Xavier Schwarrtz and was captured along with his uniforms and other decorations in a Police Station in Garmisch Partenkirchen at the end of the war. I know where his Party uniform and Gold Party Badge is, but the owner will not part with those items.OMSA #6582
At my age, "getting lucky" is finding my car in the parking lot.

What about this one?
Opinions? Supposedly there was a single maker of these awards.
Hulse of Berlin. This one isn't marked as such.Last edited by Eric Stahlhut; 06-04-2008, 08:51 PM.
