You mean a Wehrmacht long service, eagle on the ribbon, mounted on a trifold? That's not one I've ever seen some up before!

Me neither => never seen it ( Wehrmacht long service medal ) before with the trifold ribbon, is there a possibility to show us pictures ?

Something like that would not be official. The Austrian trifold style was never allowed for Wehrmacht to wear.

Maybe this Austrian didnt follow THE RULES or the ribbon is later attached (what I assume, because of the missing eagle).

There were Austrian Republic and Hungarian Horthy regime medals with dark blue ribbons that would have been worn on a trifold... I imagine somebody has pulled a switcheroo, if it is a manufactured trifold with correct hook and eye reverse.
