Deutsche Wehrmacht Armband

Any opinions on this armband? Is it an early version? Anyone see what the stamp says?

Hello,

Looks like a very nice armband. I would say an earlier issue because it is BEVo woven rather than simply printed. It looks like the ink stamp reads Wetteraukreisoffizer Butzbach or something on that order. Probably an authorizing stamp from the district official in the Town of Butzbach in Hesse.
