    Unknown Medal?

I got this medal in a lot with some other TR ones. Anybody have any info on it? Is it of TR period? Is it German?

You are welcome. Below is a link that will give you a little history, and some nice pics as well. (I believe the page content was created with help from a WAF member).

Thanks again for the link. It satisfied my curiosity. Here's some of the other items that were included in the lot.

Funny thing, I bought an original M40 Combat Police helm off ebay and the seller asked if I would be interested in any other items. Of course I said, "Sure, Whadya got?" Well thats what else was there. I'm happy with them.

Very nice. Proof that e-bay is not a total quagmire. I like the SA badge in the lower right corner.

I agree. Alot of digging along with time and patience.
That tinnie is in perfect condition with the pin intact.
In fact all are perfect condition except for the lower cap eagle. That has one prong missing.

Actually, it was created with the help of several WAF members, notably Claudio Ortelli and Jens F., who provided most of the images.

The eagle's head is also facing the opposite direction!

                        What does that mean?
