Anyone know what this is? Fake or real?

Info on the plaque says "SS Hauptsturmführer zum 12. Dienstjubiläum" rzm and ss markings.

If real, worth anything?

Hello schönbeck,

Interesting piece, can you provide the dimensions as well as a close up of the plate containing the information on the reverse as well as the RZM mark. I have to say at a glance it looks as though it lacks province. The piece just doesn't look right,my first impression is it looks like a fantasy piece; some added information would be helpful.
