Opinions on DRLs; Gold and Bronze

What do you think? or ?

I apoligize beforehand for the lack of quality pics. I had to scan them, as my camara can't zoom in too close. These badges belong to a friend, who wishes to sell them to me. He believes they are legit, but isn't sure. Also, as he is a friend, I don't want to cheat him. So, if they are legit, what is a fair price for the pair?

    Thanks!

Are they both good? I wish I could use better pics, but this is the best I can do for now.

I've never seen a "flat" DRL like the first one posted.

The maker is Ferdinand Wagner. I tried looking for another pic of one here, but they were only mentioned by name. When compared to the bronze (which is marked Wernstien Jena), it is slightly less vaulted.

Just my luck, here is an example of a Wagner that sold yesterday! Looks "flat" like mine as well.
