Medal bar... one medal is missing! Which one?

    Dear fellow collectors,

Carsten Baldes is selling the following medal bar, here's the description:

    große Ordensspange mit vier Auszeichungen
Bayern Ludwigskreuz 1916 aus geschwärztem Kupfer, ohne Hersteller, leicht berieben, (N-458) (Z II)
Deutsches Reich, Ehrenkreuz für Kriegsteilnehmer, 1914-1918 aus Eisen, brüniert, mit Hersteller "G 2.", in gutem Zustand, (N-3803) (Z II)
Ehrenzeichen 2.

Which one is the medal for the last ribbon? I thought that it could be sort of semi-official red cross medal.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

    Ciao,

    Claudio

I wonder if it is really white on the last one, or that incredibly pale Hessian blue that always fades away to a dirty looking white? that could be the Hessian Military Medical Cross from WW1, in odd last place.

      Rick,

I thought also the same. There is quite a large "print of dirt" (oxydation) left by the ring of the medal which was taken off.

      Ciao,

      Claudio

The Hessen is a possibility, but at that odd place? Maybe something foreign or something unofficially weimar red cross stuff?

        Best regards

        Daniel
