Tunic awards

Not sure which awards would be correct to put on this tunic. any ideas? I put the link here too, since it is more of a medals question.

This tunic has a WWII EK2 buttonhole ribbon while the ribbon bar shows a WWI EK2 ribbon. Sometimes a soldier wore both the buttonhole ribbon EK2 and ribbon bar EK2 but both would be from the same period.

It does seem odd that an Oberst would have a WWII EK2 buttonhole ribbon when you expect to see one from WWI due to his age and seniority.

Indeed! And he is wearing the EK2 1914 on his ribbon bar!
In his buttonhole, this guy might be wearing the EK2 1914 WITH an EK2 Spange 1939. Or, if he were rather rear area, he might have a KVK2 ribbon there. But not EK2 1939 ribbon together with EK2 1914 on bar!

Oh the ribbon bar. It was just something I had an added on the tunic. not original to it. So sorry about that. I should probably try to find a ribbon bar that matches the medals to the tunic!!!
