Prager Burg

Thanks to all, and great pictures.....

But, the question remains...are these all "good" clasps ????
And, has anyone pulled out their glass and taken a look at the shrubbery?

My type A has 'M.C.' or 'H.C.' in the shrubbery.

On the shrubbery at the far left. I never noticed it before--never really examined these with a loupe.

Very good!
I believe it is "H.C." for Hannish-Concee. According to Doehle, he is the sculptor who did the work on the spange. I have never heard or read of anybody making note of this mark before.

Thanks Erich. I found it to be an interesting little (and overlooked) detail.

So, any more ,,Prager Burg" spanges out there?

The good, the bad, and the ugly?

Your opinions on them?

I have three Type As, one Type B, and these two, which are both on bars.
First one:

Speaking of "Flower Wars" Medals....

I wonder if the "HC" on these bars is the same mark -- and has the same meaning -- as the mark found on the obverse rear of some Memelland Medals?

Prager Burg

Entirely possible, maybe even probable!....
The correct spelling is Hanish-Concee. Unable to find anything with Google...
