Medal Bar with China Medal

Acquired this today, it has the following medals:

China 1900 Campaign Medal - Combatant
Cross for War Helpers
Police Long Service (not sure) What is the star burst for?
Faithfull Service 40 years
Faithful Service 25 Years

According to the grandson of the owner, this man was the Postmaster here in Berlin and when the Russians took over he went to work and was never heard from again.

The medal in the middle is the NSDAP ten year long service award.

He must have been a civil servant in WW1, thus not eligible for the Hindenburg. And he obviously mistook the regulations, wearing two civil long service decorations together like double WM eagles.
