4 and 12 years service

Hey guys, recently saw this medalbar and wondering if the 4 years service award is original.....I remember read in this forum that the design of the 4 year service award is not an original one, the difference with the 12 year is obvious, eagle , letters, etc.....but is that true? Or it is just there are some designs of this medal???

The pair looks fine too me.

There are many different eagle designs(head). It depends on the maker.
