My guess is that it isn't Third Reich related at all.

Remember. . . the swaz was a good luck symbol for eons before abused by Adolf.

I have seen native american jewelry with a similiar swaz.

David is correct. This is a pre war, Native American made swastika ring.

As an antique dealer, and having grown up in the South Western U.S. and California, I have seen numerous such rings in the past and this example is either Navajo or Zuni made.
