I agree police 8 year doesn't look right , incorrect finish IMO and base metal wrong.
All remaining medals look good.

The ribbons are all fake unfortunately. The RAD is missing the polished highlights which is a bad sign although I'm not familiar with the zinc ones and have the CupAl versions myself. The Customs is a late-war zinc Deumer, probably from a barter board.
