Africa Medal - Type 4

Hi, I have my eye on an Africa Medal. From the pinned thread on this subject I have identified it as a Type 4 as per Scapini’s categorisation. What I was wondering is what is the rarity index on the type 4? Would anyone happen to have the book? Cheers.

According to the book 2 out of 4 so not that rare.

Personally I find they are the most common, closely followed by the Type 2.
