I would like to show you, my Medalla de la Campaña. It seems to be very early Variant 1 with diamonds, unless it is not a later restrike.

It can be added that there were two types of ribbons.
A ribbon with black edging for those actively participating in the fighting, and a ribbon with green edging for war support in the back of the front.
