Here are my best finds in 2019 with regards to Operation Merkur.
First one early FJR1 member who got the the Paratrooper Badge of the Heer.
Later he joined FJR 3 and was killed on Crete.
This Wehrpass came quite early in 2019.
Second a nice set of Wehrpass and Soldbuch, which came in quite late in 2019.
Member of FJ MG Bataillon who was heavily wounded on Crete and was awarded both Iron Crosses while fighting at Rethymnon.

Another great purchase for me this past year was Friedrich August Freiherr von der Heydte Wehrpass.
It deserves its own thread once I get a chance to photograph all the pages. This I also believe was brought back by a South African vet from North Africa.Attached FilesLast edited by Shaun Winkler; 01-03-2020, 07:56 AM.
