Today this recent find on the internet, a nice picture of an fj and in the background we can observe a nice Spzb41. Rare to see this gun photographed.

No jump boots, early sleeve ranks and seems to be a picture taken during training... I will post a better scan tomorrow.

Judging by the neatly stacked 98ks and the Spzb, the jackboots of the Hauptmann and his formal attire, I would presume the photo was taken during a swearing-in ceremony, a field-wedding or some other formal occassion.

I think you're right about the context. I post this new and cleaner scan of the same picture. Seems to be a ceremony for sure.
