Two times I've seen it at auction and never thought it good.

Sergey, you are correct. As usual you know what you are talking about. After it didn't sell the owner was concerned and sent it to me to look at. I, as well as a couple of others, could see it was fake camo applied over an original helmet. As commonly done years ago. I posted it to do a service to others to make sure if they saw it elsewhere, and it was being sold as all original, folks would be informed. Was not going to waste my time arguing with those who think they know better.

Disappointing and bizarre certainly covers most posts....
