It is supposed to be an FLL Heer pars but has a strange look to it and I would expect a flatwire catch also. I think it is possibly the very good Staegemaier fake if this badge

Don't bother with this one, it is indeed a Staegemeir fake. Reverse hardware setup is the big red flag with these, quite different than original FLL Paras. Also the details are slightly different on the obverse, so lots of little red flags to see.
