Thanks guys! I was lucky to get both of these. The one with the rivets ground off was my first Luft badge. The second one was just being in the right place at the right time. We have a nice group of badges on this thread

How rare is this style case? I know it is not as rare as the "springer" case but this seems like a very early one to me.

@Tim - I checked the wreaths and they are both JMME. There is no hint of the infinity sign. I double checked against the J2 pilot from the other thread.

Remarkable badges all. No doubt JMME and JUNCKER made exceptional para badges but my hands down all time favorite for early paras is Deumer!
