                Well done to Greg. My copy arrived today, and it is a superb book, a lot of stories crammed into the 300 pages, and some interesting photos too, just a very random sample to give you a feel.....

                    Interesting to read that the teenage I/FJR5 veteran of Tunisia, Erwin Bauer, ( a little bit of his story is in the last picture) had no knowledge that his regiment was renamed and incorporated into the HG Division, nor of the issue of a HG cuff title....but he was aware of replacements into the gaps in his Kompanie being filled by youngsters coming in from the HG Division , the latter believing the war could still be won .
