Yes, it is a nicely worn original. Ones with backing on the reverse are less common. Hard to tell if it is the padded version, but I don't think it is from the photos.

They might be a bit more expensive and tbh I see less of those compared to unpadded ones. But Imo it's hard to find worn ones too so I wouldn't hesitate to buy your one if I saw it for sale....
