How to find date of birth?

Hello, i am looking for date of birth Major Hans (Johannes) Briegel who was leader of Panzergrenadier Regiment 2 Hermann Göring. I think i have seen his birth date on this site : http://www.das-ritterkreuz.de
Sadly, this site in no longer available and i did not save it. I would like to do research in Bundesarchive, but they need his date of birth. Has someone any idea where i could find this info? I spent hours and hours to find it anywhere, but with no luck.
