In my opinion it depends on how you define "good".
It's postwar produced in Nov 1947 as shown at the bottom so if "good" means a first run printing from that time period - yes it's good. If "good" means produced during the period of WW2, then no.
It's a nice looking card and assuming it is not a modern copy of the card printed in 1947 it's very collectible.
