Hi. I got a picture album of a member of the Sturmregiment. There is a picture of some kind of cap badge. Could this be a Sturmregiment comet?

Like you I see a comet badge (if only the front part), and I would even say that it is one of the more delicate ones. Congratulations on a seemingly nice album.

Yes, a Komet for sure! You can see the tail starting behind the pointed star.

Another great album! I really like the photo of the FJ wearing in what appears to be a newly issued 3rd model splinter smock with the top button unfastened, and the piped FB collar outside of the smock.
