Type of jump smock

Is it possible to say what type of jump smock these two paratroopers are wearing? Sorry for the bad picture!

Splintzer camo for sure. So could be M40 or M42. As the helmet lacks a decal, and they wear 2nd type boots, I vote for the latter.

Likely splinter step in smocks. If not, hand camo'ed, but the poor quality of the photo makes it difficult to say for certain.
